Booking and Cancellation policy
£20 deposit will be taking at the time booking and it is required to confirm your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, this deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date provided you have given a minimum of 24 hours notice.
‘No shows’ or less than 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being retained.
My goal is to provide comfort and relief to everyone who comes to Longman Osteopathy. When an appointment is booked, I dedicate my full attention and time solely to that individual.
I recognise that unexpected situations may occasionally prevent you from attending your appointment. However, late cancellations and no-shows impact the clinic and inconvenience other patients who wanted that time slot. If you find yourself unable to make your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible.
